Hello Fellow FA

Direct Companies try to create the impression that
FA’s ( Brokers) are in competition with them

The Truth is that Financial Advisors have no competition !!!!

Direct companies just don’t Understand our Product
“Price is what you Pay
Value is what you Get
Financial Planning is Priceless.”

We don’t need huge budgets and advertising agencies
We Just Need Each Other ------
We need to stop Talking about standing together
And start promoting "OUR" Unique Product "Financial Planning / Risk Assessment"

The attached Video highlights the value of a good FA.
Set in the online collaboration system, In-Formation.

To view the 4 minute Video Click http://www.screencast.com/t/G4J60fPE8V
To view the 10 minute Broker Video Click http://www.screencast.com/t/XCH4rSaP

Use the Free version to test it for yourself And Share it with existing and prospective clients.

PS if you have a slow internet link allow the video to download completely (play through once)
and then play from the beginning to avoid "stuttering"

We are also looking for innovative motivated Partners to ensure succession.
Please contact me to arrange for a presentation of our Business Plan.

Hello Tracy
Thank You for the question

Short Answer: Cost 2/3 the price of a BMW tank of fuel.

Long Answer: As contained in the attached - part of the Agreement.

Agreement

The Principal user has to have a current FSP number to verify authenticity.
This agreement allows the Principal, super broker to set up as many sub brokers as required and in turn as many users/ Clients as required.
A Basic package is 1Gigabite and can be upgraded in increments of 500 megs. as your companies needs expand.
The service is used and paid for in advance by debit order on a monthly basis - without a contract, for your flexibility.

Super Broker

We suggest that this should be a Financial Planner / Advisor
Sets up Brokers and users and has full access to manage the entire process relating to all the brokers and users created

Broker

This category level sets up users (clients) and only has access to manage the process relating to the users he /she created - these could be:
1. Representatives within the company who only have access to his/her own clients
2. Short Term Brokers - Medical Aid Brokers - Investment consultants - Tax Consultants etc - who possibly want to allow the super broker access to their client base as payment for the service, and also only has access to his/her own clients

User
A (S.U.P.) single use pin is sent to a user via sms when logging on for added security. ( sms's included in costing)
A Client/User can read, print and download documents from the WebbDocc and can also update the SnappShott of his/her financial circumstances as well as instruct the broker of special tasks and check on tasks done and/or task progress.
The Client/User can upload and store special documents
Broker admin staff manage this process to ensure that best resolution is used to preserve space and bandwidth and are also able to restore documents deleted in error.

Backup and virus scans
1. Data is backed up every 4 hours

Cost Structure

Set up Costs R1000 once off deducted with 1st debit order run.
Basic Package 1 gigabyte usage R 390pm ex vat
R195 ex vat per 500meg or part, used over the basic 1 gigabyte package
These prices could vary as bandwidth and sms's become cheaper
